What is my Username/Password?
Your username assigned by VisionTravel is typically the same as your Participant ID with VisionTravel and cannot be altered or changed. Your Username/Password will also be provided to you within the registration email
Where is my Registration Email?
Your registration email will be sent to the email address that is associated with VisionTravel profile. If you have not received your registration email, please check your spam folder. If you have checked your Inbox as well as your spam folder and still have not received the email, please contact customer support to verify the email address associated with your account.
VisionTravel Welcome Email
If your VisionTravel account has been created and you should have received an email from VisionTravel@globalewallet.com. To activate your account, simply go to https://VisionTravel.globalewallet.com and enter login details as listed in the received email, which looks like this:

To access your account, please click the link provided below:

Username: as listed in the email
Password: as listed in the email


During account setup, please make sure to select your preferred language for both VisionTravel interface and future email notifications.

You are also welcome to contact our Customer Support and request a language change to your profile; Customer Service rep can also resend a copy of the welcome email in Spanish.
